This terrific realtor ensured the sale of my ranch for full price "CASH" before it ever hit the local MLS. She worked with em almost daily for more than two months, using her local resources to get it painted inside and out, totally cleaned immaculately, and all minor repairs done. This was after 8 years of multiple renters (property had two homes) and all the damage they did to what started out as a beautiful place to live, when I moved out.
